Little Desert Baby

My little assistant and I traveled to California last month to photograph the newborn daughter of a childhood friend of mine. It’s so wild to see someone I’ve known since I was 12 become successful, start a family, and now my child is holding theirs.

This couple is the sweetest; thoughtful, respectful, engaging, and caring. Both are music teachers at local schools near their home, and have a passion for rock climbing and traveling. No doubt this little girl will grow to love music and experience places away from home. I know how much they love their home and rock climbing, so we tried to incorporate that the best we could with an infant session.

Honestly, I think I got the best photo on my cell phone with doing the panorama! 🙂
